About this vessel
This small but beautifully presented narrowboat has been furnished to a high standard and would be equally suitable as either a holiday home or a live-aboard. Fanny May has central heating, was last blacked in 2023 and holds an up to date BSS certificate with no advice checks.
Entering the boat from the traditional stern, steps lead through the boatman's area to a welcoming double bedroom, fitted with a full-sized cross bed and adjacent wardrobe. Attractive wood and cream tongue and groove panels give the boat a bright and clean feel throughout.
A walk-through bathroom follows the bedroom, complete with pump-out wc, glass screened shower cubicle and a corner vanity unit with washbasin.
The rest of the boat is given over to an open plan saloon and galley area. The saloon boasts a drop-down dining table and ample seating, some of which can be converted to provide a second double bed for guests. As well as the central heating, there is a solid fuel stove here for cosy evenings afloat.
Finally, the galley is well-equipped with oven, microwave, sink and drainer, fridge and various storage cupboards.
Double doors lead out to the bow deck.
