Over the many years of living at Eildon, the owners of this houseboat have been part of families that love the lifestyle that the magic of Lake Eildon provides. When in 2015 they decided to build their dream houseboat holiday home, they named her La Dolce Vita — a name to embody the good life, sweet life, and beautiful life that Lake Eildon has provided them.

La Dolce Vita was built in 2015 by leading professional houseboat builder, Anchorage Houseboats. She is 50 feet plus Duckboard in length and 20ft 6in in width. Composite Aluminium was used for external cladding and eaves to minimize maintenance and provide a fresh appearance.

La Dolce Vita is designed for a family with 3 good sized bedrooms, which includes the Master with an Ensuite (Vanity & Toilet). The Kitchen is very well presented with Caesar Stone Benchtops and self-closing draws, a large Pantry, and quality appliances including a large double door fridge/freezer.

The rear lounge is very comfortable, ideal for watching the kids jump off the duckboard for a swim. The First Storey Level provides another relaxation and entertainment space all year round with front and sides opening tinted windows. A servery/bar, TV, and rear deck complete this space.

Being a modern recently built houseboat, La Dolce Vita delivers high quality Solar Electrics: a top of the range Selectronic SP PRO Series Inverter/Charger System, an Outback Flexmac Solar Charge Controller, 12 Hoppecke Gel Batteries, 12 Solar Panels, and a quality Kohler Generator.

La Dolce Vita is powered by a Mercruiser 4.3lt MPI V6 motor, which is in excellent condition and still looks new. Front and rear thrusters ensure she is easy to manoeuvre.
