Palm Beach 42

The 42 Palm Beach 2017 Motor Yacht is powered by twin Volvo IPS 600 diesel engines, each offering 435 hp with joystick docking for easy maneuvering. It features an optional fixed sun awning, beautifully covering the teak cockpit, and comes fully equipped with all the luxury, performance, comfort, and efficiency expected from Palm Beach Motor Yachts.

Purchased by its current owner in early 2024, a change in plans has now made this vessel available. The owner made several upgrades, including adding a Starlink Satellite Receiver providing WiFi and phone service worldwide, replacing the sisal carpet in the main salon with teak decking. All cushions, bedding, and mattresses have been updated, ensuring a fresh, modern feel throughout. Additional features include a full canvas cover for the windshield and 360º interior sun screens, protecting the interior from sun exposure.

All bulkheads and fixed furniture are structurally bonded to the hull and deck for superior strength and rigidity. All exterior strength steel fittings are 316 marine grade stainless steel. The hull and superstructure are built using the latest technology in composite boat construction with E-Glass, Corcell and Airex foam, Duflex paneling, stitched multi-axial fabric, vinylester and epoxy resins to produce an extremely strong and lightweight hull. A watertight collision bulkhead is located in the bow.

The interior fit out features teak throughout, with countertops in Silestone Tigris Sand. The main salon now has teak decks on cabin sole, with teak flooring in the head and shower. An enclosed hardtop features GRP double moulded construction with electric sliding windows (port, starboard and aft) using toughened glass. The hull color is Pebble Beach Gold with a bootstripe in PB Cream and two coats of Micron Extra #YBA 994 Black Antifouling paint.
