Performance
Twin MAN V12-1400 diesel engines power Kati. Each engine produces 1,400mhp, and the engines show 1,630 hours as of July 2024. Variable speed bow and stern thrusters with hold-function docking support easier marina handling and close-quarter manoeuvring.
The yacht also includes a Seakeeper NG9 gyro stabiliser. This system helps reduce roll and improves onboard comfort while guests relax at anchor or during slower cruising.
Sportbridge and Exterior Features
The sportbridge layout gives Kati a sporty profile and an excellent outdoor entertaining area. It includes a helm station, seating, wet bar BBQ and bimini top with LED overhead lighting. The electrically operated sliding roof over the forward saloon area creates a bright and open main deck atmosphere.
The yacht also includes an electrically operated cockpit sun awning, electro-hydraulic telescopic passerelle, electric stern rope handling winches and third station controls in the cockpit. Underwater transom lights, a stainless steel anchor and chain counters at both helms add useful cruising confidence.
Interior and Accommodation
Inside, the Princess S65 2017 Phuket Kati features walnut satin interior wood with wood flooring throughout the craft except the cabins. The main deck includes a galley, dinette, saloon and lower helm area, creating a practical layout for cruising and entertaining.
The lower deck includes a master cabin, forward VIP cabin, starboard cabin and a port office with single hideaway berth. The starboard cabin also has a powered sliding double berth conversion. The crew cabin fit out includes a single berth, separate WC and shower.
