MEL BELLE is a premium 2018 Hinckley Talaria 55 MKII motor yacht. Having recently completed an extensive refit through Hinckley Yacht Services, this vessel features over $1,000,000 in total upgrades and custom options, placing it in "like-new" condition with modernized interior layouts and cutting-edge marine technology.
The vessel is built with Hinckley DualGuard® Composite construction, featuring Kevlar and E-glass outer skin with Carbon Fiber inner skin, and is finished in Flag Blue Awlgrip. The design is by Bruce King.
The custom open arrangement lower salon features a single cabin layout with convertible dinette, a forward-facing Master Cabin with HMC System Five mattress, and two heads including a Master head with dual sinks and rain shower plus a Guest head with ensuite shower. The yacht is equipped with a Splendide 2100 XC combination vented washer/dryer.
Propulsion is provided by twin Caterpillar C-18 ACERT common rail diesel engines with dual Hamilton waterjet propulsion and Hinckley Jetstick control. The vessel features a Seakeeper 9 gyro-stabilization system and a Sidepower hydraulic bow thruster.
Advanced electronics include two Garmin 8617 17" multifunction displays at the helm plus a passenger-side Garmin 8617 display, Garmin GMR Fantom 4 Doppler Effect 4-foot open array radar, and FLIR M-400 stabilized dual-lens thermal night vision camera with LED spotlight. Connectivity is provided by a Starlink satellite internet system with dedicated onboard Wi-Fi router, along with a Sailor SC4000 Iridium satellite phone system with four handsets.
The cockpit features a custom teak dining table, Kenyon grille, Vitrifrigo ice maker, and refrigerator. Entertainment systems include a Savant-based four-zone entertainment system with three 40" Samsung Smart TVs. A C-zone digital switching system provides integrated AC/DC load controls.
