The Chaparral 4SSX hull is built for comfort with a 20-degree deadrise hull, high freeboard, tall windscreen, flared bow and self-draining decks—all perfect for a smooth dry ride in rough conditions and easy to clean. The Envision pure silicone vinyl covered upholstery is triple French stitched and has extra thick antibacterial flow foam and reinforced back boards to ensure they always look great and continue to do so years down the track.
The helms seat slides and swivels with control levers built into the armrests (no crawling around on the floor to make adjustments) and has a built-in bolster to sit up higher, or when used with the leather trimmed tilt steering wheel, makes it easy to stand at the helm—which is perfect for docking. The cockpit layout is super flexible with the huge vista view aft seating that easily converts to a double sun lounge, the passenger helm flip flop back rest allows you to sit facing forward or aft, there is stacks of storage under seats and under the floor, enjoy sparkles and canape's on the removable cockpit table, and there is a one piece bow door to shut the airflow down when you are heading home after a big day out on the water.
Chaparrals Saltwater Tough construction is a major point of difference with other U.S brands—quad radial lamination, kevlar reinforcing, high end flexible gelcoat with better U.V inhibitors, 316 grade stainless fittings, proper drainage throughout, loom wrapped tin coated copper wiring with triple sealed connectors, water proof circuit breakers instead of old school fuses, stainless LED dash switches that light up and change colour when in use.
