About this vessel
Marex is elevating family cruising to a new level with the introduction of the Marex 390. She is designed as an addition to the Scandinavia range, offering a perfect balance of open and enclosed spaces. This new model brings more space, smarter features, and fresh design updates. It is the 4th generation of the same concept in this size.
To ensure the Marex 390 meets the real needs of boaters, all feedback from previous Marex owners was collected, and thoughtful details were incorporated. The Marex team worked closely with VOM Creations and Alpha Engineering, creating a more open and comfortable space. The new 390 has a warped hull design (variable V-shape) and an innovative structure that ensures superior stability, efficiency, and performance on the water. Long, sleek windows run along the hull, giving the profile a fresh and elegant look.
Innovative Deck
Marex has always prioritised functional design. The ingenious table on the swim platform can be easily mounted and hidden when not in use, perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The swim platform benches on the Marex 390 serve a dual purpose: they provide comfortable seating by the water and offer generous storage for fenders, lines, and toys. With the Marex dinghy solution, you can also carry a tender on the platform and still find additional storage space within the platform itself.
The refined cockpit transparent door makes docking in harbours easier, while also keeping a connection to the sea. The foredeck's hatch has a hidden bow sprit to be easily flipped out, making access to land from the bow easy. The sunpad also serves as a floating toy, a feature that is very popular among families. The adjustable backrest of the mattress allows it to be used as a chaise lounge.
The Marex signature enclosure, the Smart Canopy System, remains a highlight. The side curtains can be deployed in seconds, and together with two sliding roofs, the boat can be adapted to various weather conditions.
Welcoming Cockpit
The Marex 390 offers two generous dining areas—one in the open cockpit and another in the enclosed saloon. In the cockpit, a U-shaped sofa extends to include an additional starboard-side seat, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests around the table. Smart details such as the adjustable table with a sliding mechanism and deep cup holders in the sofa corners make life on board both practical and comfortable.
Inside, the redesigned saloon feels more spacious and social. A pull-out stool provides extra seating or can be used as a footrest, while the reversible backrest easily converts the seating into a U-shaped dining area. When positioned to the rear, it forms a co-pilot seat. A foldable office table completes the layout, offering a convenient space for work or planning the next destination.
Tables feature an innovative new SeaMag solution that keeps Marex glasses securely in place, even in choppy waters or when another boat passes by.
A large sliding door combined with an electric lowering window seamlessly connects the salon and cockpit, creating one open and social space that's perfect for relaxing or entertaining with family and friends.
The galley is compact but cleverly designed. It includes an induction Miele cooktop (with generator installed) or a gas cooktop, a sink with a cover, a double fridge and freezer, an optional oven, and plenty of storage, including new upper cabinets on both sides of the salon. The solar panel system, installed on the roof, provides constant power for the fridge and lights, allowing for boating away from shore power.
