The TANKOA VITRUVIUS 52M is an evolution of the highly successful S501 series, representing the tenth hull built from this proven aluminium platform. Designed by Philippe Briand and built in light aluminium alloy, the yacht features an efficient hull, relatively light displacement, and shallow draft, resulting in low consumption levels.
The timeless design is sleek and ingenious. Glass bulwarks and fold-out balconies maximise uninterrupted views of water and landscape. Generous relaxation areas are wide open spaces that invite spreading out, roaming, sharing or relishing privacy. Handcrafted to the Owner's specifications, the TANKOA 52M features a wonder of comfort and modern elegance with eco-friendly performance.
Stepping onboard, one immediately notices the amazing large spaces. The innovative layout makes the yacht seem far larger than any other 52 metre yacht with a 9.1 metre beam. The aft terrace is especially wide—a true lounge of refined luxury.
The open-air areas across three decks are fitted with sunbeds, sofas, coffee tables and bars. The upper deck terrace is intended as a large circular dining space and panoramic lounge. From this higher vantage, the horizon appears amplified. Custom-fitted Venetian blinds filter the sun's rays to create perfect, bespoke lighting. A parallel hybrid propulsion system with dual 300 kW electric motors in-line with main engines enables silent full-electric anchoring or low-speed cruising. Tankoa has introduced design updates on this hull, including FM Architettura interior design package with larger windows on all decks, fewer structural pillars between main windows, lengthened sundeck, and no thresholds between cockpits and saloons.
