About this vessel
AQUA is a 2000 94' Destiny Raised Pilothouse Motoryacht that has been donated to the National Save the Sea Turtle Foundation. The vessel is available via the assumption of an existing three-year lease with option to purchase agreement. The lease is non-interest bearing and the terms are highly desirable.
The vessel underwent a major refit in 2019 with a complete new interior, upgraded electronics and A/V equipment. More than $500K was spent on the initial refit, and the charity and current lessee have invested an additional $400K on improvements. She is in excellent condition and ready to cruise.
AQUA features a desirable four stateroom layout with on-deck master, king VIP below along with a queen and twin plus crew quarters. The full beam main salon and dining area is almost 600 square feet, featuring an Evan Marshall designed interior with cherry joinery and high-end furnishings. The salon is entered through two electric stainless and glass sliding doors from the aft deck. It features high gloss woods and silk fabrics, an overstuffed free-standing sofa, two chairs and a fully equipped bar with four bar chairs. The bar countertop is granite with an ice maker, refrigerator, glass storage and liquor storage area. A circular staircase forward of the bar leads to the lower deck. The entertainment center includes a 50" TV, DVD player, AM/FM Linn stereo tuner and ample storage. Forward to port is the dining area with a circular dining table, six dining chairs, marble flooring and built-in storage for china and cutlery. Interior cherry woodwork features maple burl accents done by Elegance & Wood.
The galley is forward port side for easy and unobtrusive crew service. It features granite countertops and backsplash, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, GE Profile oven, microwave/convection oven, waste disposal, Hansgrohe single-lever faucet, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher and trash compactor.
The on-deck day head has a beautiful metal sink and marble countertops. Faucets and hardware throughout the boat are made by Safdenelli Jado and Hansgrohe.
The full beam master stateroom is forward with a king-size bed and padded headboard with mirrors above. To port is an L-shaped settee and built-in burl wood dresser. The entertainment center has a pop-up 32" TV, DVD player, VCR, AM/FM tuner and storage. Forward of the bed, down several stairs, leads to a dressing area with cedar-lined wardrobes with full-height beveled mirror doors and a huge athwartship master head. The his and her head features a two sink vanity with marble countertops and backsplash. Separate enclosed areas port and starboard include the toilet on one side and the shower on the other. The flooring is beautiful Onyx stone.
The pilothouse is accessed via starboard on the main deck and has a midship steering station and comfortable L-shaped settee with teak and holly flooring.
The full beam VIP (second master) stateroom is aft on the lower deck. This spacious stateroom has a king size bed with padded fabric headboard with mirrored panels above, bedside nightstands, a settee and a vanity. The VIP stateroom has his and her baths with marble shower stall, marble sink, countertop and flooring. The "her" bath features a marble tub, sink with marble countertops and flooring.
Forward to port is a guest stateroom with a queen size bed, nightstands and entertainment center with a 20" TV. The guest head has a fully equipped shower stall with marble floor and single sink with marble countertop and backsplash.
To starboard is a twin berth stateroom with nightstand, full height closet and entertainment center with a 20" TV. The head has a marble shower stall, single sink with marble countertop and backsplash with marble flooring.
Forward is a crew galley/laundry lounge with four berths, full height wardrobe, small settee, 20" TV/VCR and head with shower. The galley/laundry area has a sink, refrigerator, washer and dryer with built-in ironing board. The crew mess has an Amtico tiled floor. Forward of the settee is a watertight door for direct access to a storage compartment with a deep freezing unit.
The spacious flybridge has a helm station to starboard with two bench seats. Midship is a wet bar, new stainless steel BBQ grill, dining area with u-shaped seating and hot tub. Further aft on the flybridge is a seating arrangement with sofa and four chairs and a coffee table with built-in gas fire pit. The Bimini top features rigid canvas with an EZ2CY three-sided enclosure. A radar arch is forward angled for improved sunbathing and exterior styling.
The aft deck features stainless steel tinted automatic glass double doors to the salon, teak decks, teak caprails, built-in settee with cushions and four teak chairs, oversized high-gloss teak table for ten with stainless steel bases, and dual stairs down to swim platform port and starboard. The teak swim platform has stainless hoop guard rails.
AQUA is a high quality vessel and is described as the best deal available in the 90 to 100' size range with four staterooms including an on-deck king master and king VIP full beam stateroom on the lower deck.
