The floatation system comprises 4 closed cell polystyrene foam filled 14 gauge welded aluminum pontoons under an engineered truss type powder-coated 18'' steel frame platform with exterior aluminum decking, new in 2021.
The cabin is moored at Norris Lake with an active rental management program and transferable shore power. It has completed electrical inspection and holds a TVA 26a Floating Cabin Permit. Grey water is collected via an approximately 300 gallon black and grey water waste holding tank, and the property features a lake water pump with UV treatment system.
