June 2026 Yard Work & Maintenance
Recent comprehensive yard work has ensured LIQUID ASSET is in pristine condition. Through-hulls were inspected and serviced, with four layers of bottom paint applied and PropSpeed applied to running gear and props. The swim platform was overhauled, representing approximately $13,000 in recent work, with new anodes installed throughout. The air-conditioning system was descaled, the engine room detailed and refreshed, and the anchor locker overhauled and freshly painted. Two-step teak work was completed, and a full exterior buff, wax and compound finish was applied. Approximately $32,000 was recently invested during the yard period.
