Twin MTU 16V2000 M91 diesel engines with Arneson Surface Drives provide high-performance surface-drive configuration. Extensive documented MTU service includes all 32 injectors removed, professionally tested, and reconditioned with new nozzles installed. Injector bores were inspected by borescope, and seals and gaskets replaced. Fuel-return components and related hardware were also replaced, with engines tested following completion.
Starboard-engine work included repairs to three damaged A-bank cylinders, three MTU cylinder heads reconditioned, and A-bank turbocharger professionally reconditioned. The engine was lifted from its bed for access. Oil pan was removed with gasket and associated seals replaced. Exhaust risers, mixing elbows, and exhaust system alignment were completed. Exhaust hoses and raw-water hoses were serviced, with raw-water suction hose replaced and new hose clamps installed. Engine tuning, dock testing, and sea trial were completed following repairs. Starboard hull-side fiberglass and finish repairs were completed. Pilothouse and helm-window seams were recaulked. Three older underwater lights were removed and three Lumitec Sea Blaze underwater lights installed with new transformer. Documented invoice total: $61,398.16.
Hull and exterior improvements also include custom exterior wrap with two-tone gloss and satin dark-grey finish, exterior decking improvements, baseboard improvements, fiberglass repairs, port-side door work, tender-garage fiberglass work, window seam recaulking, and custom illuminated yacht lettering. Regular hull cleaning and ongoing professional exterior maintenance are part of the vessel's care.
Flooring was professionally refinished, with upholstery and soft goods upgraded. New bedding and towels were installed. Custom tables, television upgrades, and audio upgrades were completed alongside carpentry work, trim work, interior detailing, window tint, and air-conditioning and air-handler improvements.
Water-pump work, water-system improvements, and water-tank-related maintenance have been completed. Plumbing-related maintenance includes a cockpit shower.
Fire-suppression system, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon-monoxide detectors have been serviced or replaced. Life raft is certified. Flares, life jackets, and additional lifesaving equipment are aboard. Approximately $6,748 in documented safety and compliance expenses were invested.
A 2003 Zodiac tender, approximately 12 feet long with JetDrive propulsion, is included in the sale and stored in the yacht's tender garage.
