Spanning four spacious decks, DXB offers exceptional outdoor living with expansive lounging areas, multiple alfresco dining spaces, a large sundeck complete with Jacuzzi, wet bar, and sun loungers, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and entertaining. She accommodates up to 10 guests in five beautifully appointed staterooms, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck.
Recent upgrades include a new 100-inch projector screen in the sky lounge, upgraded entertainment and audio systems, a new 6.85m tender delivered in 2024, and an extensive selection of water toys. Meticulously maintained and presented in turnkey condition, M/Y DXB represents an outstanding opportunity to acquire a proven, luxury motor yacht with timeless appeal.
The 2025/2026 winter refit encompassed comprehensive exterior enhancements including new upholstery to sundeck furnishings, paint touch-ups and corrections to aft stairways, and sanding and refinishing of exterior teak tables and handrails. Interior upgrades featured new carpet installations throughout the main deck saloon, staircase, and lower deck guest cabins and corridors, as well as cosmetic upgrades to multiple decks. A new mattress was installed in the Owner's cabin, and new upholstery was fitted to main deck dining chairs and saloon armchairs.
Extensive technical and engineering works included installation of new BNWAS and gyrocompass systems, complete electrical system upgrades, two new KOHLER generators, a new main engine exhaust system, and new shore power converter. The yacht received shaft removal and NDT testing, propeller balancing, propeller and antifouling coatings, and replacement of all anodes, shaft seals, and shaft bushings. Additional works encompassed overhauls of bilge pump, fire-fighting pump, and overboard valve systems, as well as rudder removal, NDT testing, and installation of new rudder seals. Engine room ceiling panels were replaced and bilges repainted. Pasarelle, Jacuzzi, life rafts, LSA and fire-fighting systems, interior fan coils, and steering system pistons all received service and attention during the refit period.
