About this vessel
This is a fully functioning, commercial licensed shrimping freezer boat, currently fishing. Miss Behavin' Seafood Company is selling the boat with its EEZ and LDWF licensing included.
The vessel is equipped with a Caterpillar 3406 B engine (5,000 hours), completely overhauled in April 2021. Two 65 KW Kubota generators provide power—one new with 10,000 hours and one rebuilt with 3,500 hours. The freezing system includes a 4x8 brine tank with 6 plates, a 60 CFM Frascold compressor (keel cooled), and a 40 CFM Frascold compressor with ceiling plates in the ice hold. The propeller is a 59 1/4 x 62 4 blade Nibral wheel fitted with a rice nozzle. The vessel was last hauled out in September 2022.
Deck equipment includes a new P&D winch with 27-inch drums (2019) and an electric try net winch. Electronics comprise Garmin chartplotter, 64 mile Furuno radar, Global wind plot, and Nobel tech.
