Amazing charter option! Finish this build how you want, and put Mai Cat into charter, or take her cruising with all of your family and friends. Crew quarters allow you to have your own crew aboard when you are not. Mai Cat is an amazing platform whichever way you go.
We are continuing the build, and she is in the final fairing for painting. Forebeam has been installed and the drop-down beaching ladder which will allow the front bow net to be ordered. The aft deck shower and bathroom being completed while the aft deck bar or lounging area has not been started yet, that whole layout will be up to the new owner. Forward crew quarters are about finished. Engines are installed, watermaker is here, 1800 GPD, more than a gallon per minute when running. Heat and A/C will be water chiller type systems as well as conventional heat pump type. The radar arch will also handle an awning for the upper aft deck lounging. The planned colors are metallic 2 stage PPG paint, dark grey around windows, bronze hulls and light Gold Champagne topsides, all with clear coat.
You will not find a better option out there, if you are looking for a cruising option, or a fantastic charter option. With the amazing amount of deck space for large groups, huge interior volume, and two large garages in the both hull sterns, you will never lack space.
Bring your interior designer, or use a local designer, and bring your vision to life as you wish. The builder and the brokerage have access to designers. This boat is pretty much a blank slate, and you can make it as grandiose, as contemporary, or as plain as you like.
Mai Cat is built from Airex Foam, E-Glass, Kevlar, Carbon Fiber, Vinyl ester Resin, Divinycell Foam. No rot, and excellent strength. There are Kevlar beaching pads built into the hulls.
