About this vessel

Mint condition after major refurbishment in 04/2022 with new and custom installations throughout. Hull repainted Ferrari Red in 04/2022 following nine seasons of effective use. Always maintained by approved Volvo technician.

The only T44 originally built with increased fuel and freshwater capacity. Fuel stored in three tanks totalling 1940 litres (two 470-litre rear tanks and one 1000-litre amidship tank) with electric transfer pump. Freshwater in two tanks totalling 535 litres (185-litre rear auxiliary and 350-litre amidship). Fuel tanks polished in 12/2022 and maintained thereafter with anti-algae additive. Increased RACOR fuel filters installed new in 11/2022. Total endurance: 430 NM at 22kt / 550+ NM at 10kt.

Fitted with Eberspacher diesel heating system and reverse cycle air conditioning. Solar panels installed new in 01/2023 with Victron digital panel (new 01/2023). Increased service battery of 570 Amp installed new in 08/2024 with custom electrically vented box.

Full outside teak package on flybridge and upper deck, meticulously cleaned, treated and maintained. Full inside teak package throughout salon, pilot house and cabins, meticulously cleaned, treated and oiled. Foldable teak table for six on cockpit.

Besenzoni gangway fully maintained with new custom stainless steel 90-degree base on transom installed 01/2023. Bow and stern thrusters. RIB Highfield 260 aluminium tender (new 05/2022) on flybridge with electrical stainless foldable davit, fully serviced with new winch installed 10/2023. Custom-made large-volume storage for bikes or other items, accessible from cockpit (new 12/2023). Four large storage bags on engine hatches. Large horizontal fridge on cockpit. Outside cushions on bow and flybridge (new 06/2023).

Full Raymarine navigation electronics package in pilothouse and flybridge. Axiom unit (new 2019) with ClearCruise camera (CAM210+AR200 sensor) and rear camera. Smartcontrol for autopilot. LifeTag. Upgraded 4K radar with 72 NM range. Airmar wind station with air temperature indicator (new 12/2024). Delta anchor with upgraded 100-metre 8mm chain and chain counter. Front and rear working LED lights (new 04/2022). All internal and deck lights converted to LED for low consumption (new 12/2022). Custom tilting windshield on flybridge with reshaped fixed windshield for improved visibility (12/2023).
