Launched in 2025 as one of the largest and most advanced solar-powered houseboats ever constructed, the GLV-120 is engineered for true self-sufficiency. Its state-of-the-art power system features 108 high-efficiency solar panels generating abundant clean energy, supported by over 300 kWh of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery storage—eliminating the need for shore power or constant generator use during extended stays or voyages.
All-aluminum construction delivers superior durability, low maintenance, and exceptional corrosion resistance in marine environments. Four expansive decks deliver massive living space—over 6,400 sq ft of interior living area, plus a 4,200 sq ft subdeck, for a total footprint exceeding 11,800 sq ft.
Multiple exterior luxuries include a swimming pool and gourmet outdoor kitchen and smokehouse for resort-style relaxation. Gourmet kitchens, including full dumbwaiter service, additional prep areas, and elegant dining spaces complement spacious salons, lounges, dedicated offices, and five king-size bedrooms. Two laundry rooms and high-end finishes by Rita Durio and Associates complete the interior.
A rooftop pilothouse transforms into a premier party venue or observation deck. The aft deck is optimized for al fresco entertaining and waterfront living, with dumbwaiter service on decks for effortless moving of dishes and other essentials.
