About this vessel

CLARITY has been well looked after since new, with many improvements made over the years. In many ways she is better today than the day she was delivered. The captain takes great care of the boat and has overseen upgrades and refit.

Beautiful looking yacht from the outside, with any new owner sure to be proud. The hull was recently tested (NDT) with no issues with the GRP.

Decks

The aft deck features a beautiful quality table and chairs. The sun deck includes a hot tub, space for four sun loungers aft, and midships a bar with a high quality table which can be enlarged or reduced in size for dining or coffee table setup. A flybridge station is also on the sun deck from where it is a pleasure to navigate.

Lounge and Dining Area Inside

The main deck salon has a bar and comfortable seating. Further forward is another beautiful dining table with everything in mint condition. Good windows allow guests to enjoy the views from inside. The full carpet has been replaced with more practical flooring and a rug, and it will be easy to change the flooring if the buyer prefers a different material or finish.

Cabins

The master cabin is full beam with steps leading down to a full beam bathroom, and features a pop-up TV. There is huge storage space underneath the bathroom floor. For a yacht of this price point, the space and comfort are remarkable. Family and friends will be equally happy in the wonderful guest cabins.

Galley

The galley is a good size and practical, located on the main deck next to the dining room. It has a door to the deck for ventilation and good storage space including a walk-in fridge and 3 freezers. There is a double sink for wash-up and good lighting.

Garage and Swim Platform

Easy wide steps lead down from the aft deck to the swim platform. The fixed swim platform is ideal for the Mediterranean. The transom opens up to reveal a large garage containing the Williams jet tender. The silver paint on the transom looks fantastic. A swim ladder and shower are provided. Nice wide side decks extend all the way forward, with curves evident in designer Bill Dixon's expert work.

Engine Room

The engine room is spotless. Engines were completely rebuilt in 2024 to be as new with zero hours. The stated 3,800 hours are since the boat was new, with minimal hours since the W6 rebuild. Generators were new in 2022 with under 700 hours on each. Modern Kohler 55kW generators are quiet running. Flexible couplings between gearbox and shaft were replaced in 2022, and gearboxes (ZF) were both serviced in 2022. Props (5 blade 920mm) were balanced in 2024. Rudders were surveyed in 2022, and a shaft survey is due in 2025.

Commercial Status

CLARITY is commercially registered in Malta and legally allowed to conduct charter business. She is in Class with ABS A1 notation and all surveys are up to date. All safety equipment is up to date and checked according to commercial rules. Her current berth in Loano is a great and safe option to consider (not included in sale).

Guests will appreciate the stability from the electric fin stabilizers, whether at anchor or underway. You have great options available for where to dine on board. The sun deck table is wonderful, and so is the aft deck table. The garage offers space for a good size tender and even jetskis, if desired. This is the perfect first boat or upgrade, offering excellent value for money today.
