Vessel Overview

Bise I is hull #5 of the Delta Powerboats 88 Carbon series, first commissioned in July 2020. The vessel features an entirely carbon fibre structure, including both hull and superstructure, ensuring high performance and a lightweight build. The yacht is built over 2 decks with a planing hull configuration, plumb bow shape, and a clean white exterior with black boot top and below-waterline sections for a sleek, modern appearance.

Exterior & Deck

The deck equipment is robust, with substantial bollards and mooring warps passing through fairleads. Fenders slot into designated holders. The forward sloping windscreen of the helm station offers a wide field of view. The Delta 88 features 3 large outside seating areas, all with full sunshade protection when desired. The bow includes a practical seating area with an adjustable table for dining and a sunbathing section.

Side decks are accessible through side door access near the helm. The foredeck is equipped with substantial deck gear, including an anchor winch and a forward-facing U-shape settee with sunshade and a large sunbed with ample storage below. The flybridge includes a large sunbathing area, a wet bar with a barbecue, and a large seating area with a fold-out table.

The design is practical, with various large deck lockers for storing fenders and docking stations on each side. Engineering quality is evident in details such as door hinges and the carbon fiber weave visible on the steps leading to the flybridge.

Interior & Galley

The galley is well-equipped and efficiently laid out, featuring high-quality Miele appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, and oven. An extractor fan blends seamlessly into the design. Storage is ample, with cabinets and compartments throughout.

The helm station is raised slightly to provide a clear view of the surroundings. It features three large Garmin screens, a joystick control for the IPS system, and various control panels for monitoring fuel levels, fresh water, pumps, and lighting. The helm seats are lift bolster types with the middle seat electrically height adjustable. A large glass opening roof window is positioned above the helm seats.

The saloon area is designed for relaxation and socializing, featuring a Nordic style and atmosphere with cohesive colour scheme and wood tones. The layout includes a lounging area and dining area with comfortable seating and a large dining table. The space is spacious yet maintains a sense of intimacy through thoughtful design and material finishes.

Accommodation

Bise I can very comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 well-appointed cabins in the bow area.

The full beam owner's cabin is located aft and features a comfortable bed with an adjacent relaxing area, providing a quiet space for unwinding. The cabin is equipped with a unique dual-sided pop-up TV system, allowing viewing from both the bed and the relaxing area. It includes a large walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and a spacious rainfall shower.

The VIP guest cabin is positioned at the bow and offers generous space with a private ensuite bathroom, ample storage, and sophisticated lighting.

Two additional guest cabins are located amidships and can be configured as either doubles or singles. Both come with their own ensuite bathrooms and are equipped with AV equipment and air conditioning controls. A large laundry/utility room is also located in this area for easy servicing.

Crew quarters are located aft with a separate entrance from the outside PS deck. Equipped with a compact galley and two bunk cabins with adequate storage and natural lighting, the crew area includes a shared bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, a control panel for managing the yacht's systems, and a small seating area.

Performance & Engineering

Bise I is powered by triple diesel Volvo Penta IPS-1200 engines. The design makes her fast and efficient as she really slices through the water, with a maximum range of over 600 nautical miles at cruising speed.
