The Andrews 80 Maverick, formerly known as Magnitude 80 on the West coast, is now for sale. She has completed a two year refit which includes all her cosmetics (bottom, hull and deck, and mast), new sails, new running rigging, new electronics, new bulb, all rebuilt hydraulics, and a new engine, and is now turn key for any sort of grand prix racing.
She finished first in all her races over the last two summers, including the Bayview to Mackinaw Island race and the Mills Trophy. She broke the 22 year old race record for the 2024 Chicago to Mackinaw Island race, beating Roy Disney's Pyewacket's race record by just under an hour.
Located in Cleveland, Ohio, with many new sails delivered for the summer of 2024. An upgraded mast is being modified and installed for 2025.
