Dyna Yacht is one of Taiwan's leading manufacturers of luxury yachts; for almost 40 years they've designed and built stylish yachts of over 100' that rival European yards in terms of quality but at a much lower cost.
Alchemy V is a brilliant example of their Laguna 70, a Euro style design that offers the luxury, space and entertaining potential of a mini mega yacht but can easily be operated by a couple.
This particular low time example has been professionally maintained with an open checkbook since new by experienced and knowledgeable owners, and she shows beautifully today. High gloss bird's eye maple shows flawless throughout, with updated soft goods (carpets, cushions and curtains reportedly renewed in the early 2020s). The vessel features a fully enclosed flybridge and aft deck, custom walk-in closet, and low time engines with a 20+ knot cruise speed.

The slip is right downtown Sausalito, literally just steps away from all the restaurants, bars, outdoor concerts, and all the other amenities Sausalito has to offer. The marina is located right in the middle of what locals call the Banana Belt so the weather is usually warmer and less windy than the north or south sides of town; it's not uncommon for boat owners here to leave their car parked for the entire weekend.
