EightySix is a modern New Zealand day boat that blends contemporary form with highly functional design. Built around a robust aluminium hull engineered for serious performance and handling, it is intended for owners who expect their boat to work hard across a wide range of on‑water activities while maintaining a distinctive, head‑turning aesthetic.
The layout and construction are optimised for versatile use, whether chasing fish, towing a skier, or cruising the coastline. Aluminium construction provides strength and durability, while the hull form and deadrise are tuned to deliver a dry, comfortable ride in varied sea states.
With seating for up to ten adults, ergonomics and cushioning have been carefully considered to provide generous comfort for all aboard. The boat has been proven to be predictable, fast, responsive and engaging to drive, with power options suited to modern outboard installations.
A second hull (“Hull Two”) is in build, incorporating refined upgrades on the original EightySix design, including an electrically actuated targa top.
