The E6 is built using Elan's Vacuum-Assisted Infusion Lamination (VAIL) process, a precise production technique that creates a one-piece laminated, lightweight structure with increased strength and stiffness through the hull and deck. All internal structural elements and composite bulkheads on the E6 are fully laminated into the hull and deck—this is boat building with a pure focus on strength and performance.
With high-end, modern sailing technology throughout, the Elan E6 is designed to be enjoyed by a cruising family and also sailed fast. Whether enjoying a leisurely cruise, joining a regatta or race series, this is one of the few yacht designs that genuinely offers the best of both worlds.
