Walkthrough
The X145 Global has been labelled the 'next generation' explorer yacht for a reason. She has all the ability of a traditional explorer yacht, yet has the amenities and features that the new generation of clients want and expect onboard their custom yacht.
The X145 has a full displacement steel hull with aluminum superstructure. The yacht features an expansive beach club integrated into the hull. The beach club features 3 fold down balconies that truly opens up the aft section of the yacht revealing a large lounge area complete with full service bar, day head, multiple sitting areas within the beach club and then the balconies expand the living space down on the sea level.
Forward of this beach club is the tender garage. This garage opens up to both port and starboard sides. The X145 has the ability to carry up to an 8.5-meter tender plus 2 jet skis and a rescue tender with plenty of space remaining to store watersports toys such as inflatables, dive and snorkel gear and all the latest flyboards or SeaBobs.
The aft section of the main deck is a dual level space where you have a lower section that is great for lounging and enjoying the vantage point over the beach club below. Stairs lead directly down to the beach club below allowing guests to easily walk down to the space with ease. Stepping up to either port or starboard and you enter the upper lounge area of the main deck aft section where you have a large sitting area, full service bar forward to port and sliding doors that open up to the main salon. Full walk arounds can be located to port and starboard and lead all the way to an additional sitting area forward on the bow.
The main salon features floor to ceiling windows. A large sitting area to port is opposite the TV. Thanks to the high use of glass in the superstructure the entire deck is open and connects from bow to stern. All the way forward on the main deck is a massive dining area that takes advantage of the natural light and 270 degree views. This space is finished with a day head and large service pantry.
A central floating staircase leads to the 5 guest cabins located below. This level also features the tender garage and beach club. There is an open space that can be utilized as a spa or gymnasium or cinema. The final lower deck is where you find the commercial grade galley, additional cold storage for extended provisioning, 4 double crew cabins all of which are ensuites, laundry and substantial crew mess.
The bridge deck features the wheelhouse, pantry, and captains cabin. The private owners deck is complete with large owners terrace. The owner's cabin has an off center king berth, sitting area bathroom with his and hers sinks, rain shower and opposite of that a vanity and walk in wardrobe.
The final upper sundeck features one of the primary dining areas onboard, opposite to starboard is a full service bar with bbq, and all the way back aft is a spacious gathering area that can be configured at the buyers request, with another space forward towards the bow to enjoy the views.
The X145 is not your traditional explorer and has a modern, luxurious interior decor and unique layout meant to maximize the guests and owners time onboard relaxing and enjoying being surrounded by the ocean and nature. She retains all the features required to travel the world in comfort – extended range, maximum tender storage, masculine profile lines, accommodations for 12 guests and 9 crew, commercial galley with extensive cold storage for long passages, zero speed stabilizers, and built to commercial class so the X145 can be used private or for charter operations.
Design and Innovation
Italian designer Agon Studio created the X145 Global's exterior, characterized by a dominant vertical bow and steel hull with low bulwarks. Interiors are by Milanese studio Hot Lab and defined by soft geometries and contemporary, oriental details. Five decks hold a game-changing distribution of space, with the five guest cabins all located on the main deck to take full advantage of the beam. The owner has the degree of separation afforded by traditional layouts, with the owner's suite relocated to the bridge deck and extended with a private terrace.
Ample glazing translates into bright living spaces, combined with an open-plan layout to develop an impression of spaciousness and lightness. Outdoors, the upper deck is the social hub, configured as a lounge with 360-degree views, sofa seating aft and a dining area forward, split by a scenographic staircase with a floating effect. At the stern, the 80-square-metre beach club opens onto the sea, designed with fold-down platforms and free-standing furniture.
