About this vessel
This is a well-cared-for example of a Ferretti 780 that has been meticulously maintained and operated under an open checkbook policy. At 24 meters in length, the yacht is characterized by a completely innovative layout with ample internal space and refined finishes in teak wood. The design integrates the access ladder to the flybridge within the wall structure, offering a continual visual solution from the rear deck facing the bow and enlarging the conversation area with double sofas of contemporary design. Light-colored finishes highlight the spirit of the boat, while large window structures allow for close contact with the sea.
The master cabin and bathroom are environments of great elegance, offering full contact with the sea through huge hull side windows. The yacht has a four guest stateroom layout with the large full-beam master cabin positioned forward, and two crew cabins aft of the engine room, each with two bunks. The interior is in excellent condition and still shows like a new yacht.
The vessel features a radar and satellite mast that can be lowered to allow passage under low-lying fixed bridges, making this one of the only 80-foot yachts capable of completing the Great Loop and accessing many other hard-to-reach locations. Just forward of the mast, jet skis can be stored via a Besenzoni davit, along with a large dining table and multiple areas for relaxing in the sun.
A standout feature is the huge swim platform and garage accessed by transom stairs on either side. When the transom door is opened, the garage is exposed and the swim platform is lowered to the water. The garage is large enough to store a small tender and features teak decking throughout.
The yacht has undergone extensive recent updates including replacement of all soft goods on the bow, flybridge, aft deck and lower helm; new pad covers throughout; new flooring in the salon, dining, galley and lower helm; replacement of old wall materials with synthetic leather; new carpet; a high-end marble dining room table and chairs; over 50 new towels; new sun screens; all windows stripped and re-caulked; new zoned sound system with speakers added to the bow; and numerous mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural repairs and upgrades.
Recent mechanical work includes straightening and balancing the port and starboard shafts, replacing cutlass bearings, installing new main engine, house, and generator batteries, installing a new stern thruster and rebuilding the old stern thruster, installing a new AC water pump system, acid flushing the air conditioning system, complete engine service and filter changes, rebuilding the water maker's fluorescent filtration system, and installing a certified fire suppression system in the engine room. The complete hull was cleaned in November.
