M/Y GANS represents a rare opportunity to acquire a privately used Ferretti 780 Flybridge that has benefited from extensive refit works and continuous owner investment. With a fully renewed teak deck, upgraded interiors, custom joinery, new soft furnishings, and meticulous maintenance history, she offers the comfort and appearance of a much newer yacht while retaining the timeless elegance and renowned build quality of Ferretti Yachts.
The Ferretti 780 Flybridge is an elegant motor yacht that perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and performance. Built by the renowned Italian shipyard Ferretti Yachts, she offers generous interior and exterior living spaces, timeless styling, and exceptional seaworthiness, making her an outstanding opportunity for discerning owners seeking a proven cruising platform.
Accommodating guests in four beautifully appointed ensuite cabins, she features a spacious full-beam master suite, a VIP cabin, and two twin guest cabins. Her expansive flybridge, comfortable aft deck dining area, and foredeck sunbathing spaces provide the ideal setting for entertaining family and friends while enjoying life on the water.
Importantly, this yacht has been used exclusively for private purposes and has never been operated as a charter vessel, reflecting a history of careful ownership and maintenance.
Large panoramic windows provide abundant natural light, while refined wood finishes and contemporary styling create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the yacht.
The yacht underwent major refit and upgrade works between 2020 and 2021. Interior works included complete galley renovation with new cabinetry, storage solutions, worktops and stainless-steel splashbacks; redesign of the owner's walk-in wardrobe with new partition wall and custom shelving; new flooring with premium parquet throughout the lower accommodation lobby, wheelhouse, and galley; and new silicone seals in bathrooms with extraction fan upgrades. Soft furnishings were extensively renewed, including new bow and flybridge sunpad cushions, complete flybridge sofa reupholstery, and new aft cockpit cushions and protective covers.
Exterior and cosmetic works encompassed full hull antifouling application, PropSpeed treatment on shafts and propellers, gelcoat repairs, and a complete teak deck replacement throughout the yacht with subsequent refurbishment and detailing.
Machinery and engineering works included extensive replacement of corroded seawater piping systems, main engine raw-water system overhaul, new coolant pump installation, replacement of water pressure pump, hydraulic steering system oil replacement, and alternator bearing replacement and overhaul on the Kohler generator. New service battery banks were installed for the main engines, bow thruster, and generator. Navigation and electronics upgrades included installation of a new Simrad NSS12 Evo3 flybridge chartplotter and GPS antenna. The air-conditioning system underwent complete duct sanitisation, fan coil cleaning, and air distribution system overhaul. A 500kg ballast was installed for improved trim and stability.
