The great all-rounder – Lightning 580 Cuddy Cabin
The Fi-Glass Lightning is a 5.60 m cuddy cabin designed as a true all-round family boat, capable of handling fishing, cruising and watersports with ease. With a deep hull, 22° deadrise and generous freeboard, it offers a soft, dry ride and the confidence to venture into more demanding coastal conditions.
The Lightning’s spacious cockpit, ample underfloor and side storage, and comfortable, upholstered interior are intended to carry family and gear for full days on the water. Underfloor polyurethane buoyancy, a Klegecell foam transom and an integrated fibreglass structure underpin its strength and safety.
Standard features include a lined cabin with V-berth and storage, adjustable bucket helm seat, back-to-back passenger seat, removable aft seats, stainless bow rail and rod holders, 140 L stainless underfloor fuel tank, boarding ladder and navigation lights. With a maximum recommended power of 150 hp, it is well suited to towing skiers and towables as well as offshore fishing trips.
