Walk Through

Step aboard "Lumber Away IV" from three convenient access points: the swim platform via dinghy, dockside on both sides of the cockpit, or forward through gates adjacent to the pilothouse entrance doors. A Marquipt tide ride ladder can be easily installed on either side at the dock and stowed on deck when not in use.

Enjoy the pristine, forward wrap-around fiberglass deck with sliding doors on both sides of the pilothouse. Relax on the bow on the large sun pad just below the wide windshield, or take a seat on the forward ride seat with upholstered cushions. Inside, the pilothouse features a fully-equipped helm, raised leather bench seat for two, and wood flooring. A staircase leads from the pilothouse to the flybridge.

Downstairs, discover two VIP staterooms and a third stateroom with over and under berths, each complete with an ensuite head and shower. Aft from the pilothouse, find the completely-enclosed galley with U-shaped dinette, full-sized Kitchen Aid appliances, and wood flooring. Continuing aft, enter the salon/dining area furnished with a circular glass top dining table surrounded by four upholstered chairs and an entertainment center with a large 55" Sony TV and stereo equipment.

Aft on the port side, relax on the L-shaped sofa with light fabric and brightly-colored accent pillows, alongside a teak cocktail table and reclining chairs. A private staircase leads below to the Master stateroom, furnished with a centerline king berth, walk-in cedar-lined closet, and built-in vanity with TV. The ensuite his-and-her master head with centerline, walk-through, glass-enclosed shower is accessed via doors on the aft bulkhead that flank the berth. The aft salon door leads to a small aft deck and a large cockpit with a two-way transom door providing access to the fiberglass swim platform.

Galley

Situated on the main deck just aft of the pilothouse, the expansive full-beam galley is a focal point of convenience. Adjacent to the U-shaped galley, the starboard dinette offers a cozy dining spot. Doors provide easy access to both the pilothouse and the salon, allowing for privacy when desired. This well-appointed space features abundant Corian countertop space, ample cabinets for storage, and stylish Amtico oak wood flooring that seamlessly transitions into the pilothouse.

Salon

Located on the main deck, just aft of the galley, the salon offers a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation. A privacy door separates it from the galley and dinette. At the forward end of the salon, an entertainment center awaits, complete with a 55" Sony flat-screen TV, U-line ice maker, U-line freezer, and stereo equipment.

Master Stateroom

The full-beam master stateroom boasts a luxurious centerline king-size berth with an upholstered headboard, complemented by a custom-painted scene depicting a window opening to the sea. Behind the berth, you'll find a bespoke his-and-her head featuring private areas separated by a custom walk-through shower.
