About this vessel
"Quiet Waters" is a perfectly cared for and extensively updated 1999 Hatteras Sport Bridge Motor Yacht. Both CAT 3412 engines were fully rebuilt in June 2024 by a certified CAT service center, with all new cylinder valves, pistons, internal components, and injectors using only new CAT OEM parts with no remanufactured components. The vessel has approximately 4,385 original engine hours with under 10 hours of operation since the rebuild.
The yacht features a custom hard top with new full polycarbonate enclosure and all new custom exterior cushions and covers. Electronics at both the pilothouse and bridge stations were updated in 2022, including a new bridge dash. A new CAT aft generator was installed in 2023 with approximately 30 hours of use.
Below deck, the salon and galley received new flooring and décor in 2021, along with new stainless steel galley appliances and a glass cooktop. Custom solid teak decking was installed on both cockpit soles and cover boards in 2021. A sea lift platform lift was added in 2018. All custom LED lighting is installed inside, outside, and underwater. The antenna mast, radar array, and SAT domes are custom painted gray to match the canvas and stripes.
Recent maintenance includes an epoxy bottom job, shaft seal service, prop balancing, and prop speed to running gear work. All air conditioning units, heads, pumps, and domestic systems have been serviced or recently replaced as needed. The vessel is tastefully decorated throughout and comes with a 2019 Walker Bay RIB tender with a 50 HP Honda engine.
