MANDEVILLA is a two-owner Widebody North Sea that has just returned from Bahamas adventures. She has never experienced the stresses of a northern winter. All maintenance has recently been completed and she is ready-to-go. She was waxed and bottom painted in May 2026.
Hull and superstructure molds are from high-grade female tooling. Hull construction includes USA-made Cook® gel coat. Hand-Laid Knytex® fiberglass construction with closed-cell PVC sandwich core is used in topsides. Solid fiberglass below waterline with blister-resistant vinylester resin is utilized on the first two laminates below the waterline, with arimid fiber reinforcements. Superstructure includes end-grain balsa core and surface mats for print-through reduction. Teak aft and side decks are complemented by boat and fore decks with GripTex® non-skid finish. The bulwark features molded plank lines with gel coat finish. Polyurethane formulate marine sealants are used at hull-to-deck, boat deck joints and exterior fittings. Marine-grade plywood bulkheads have molded fiberglass hat section stringers. Teak veneer walls and cabinetry feature satin varnish.
The saloon is entered from the fully covered aft deck through double welded aluminum weather-tight doors. Large opening windows port and starboard, and in the aft bulkhead are accented with teak valances, curtains and coordinated roller blinds, with a custom screen for the aft deck doors. To starboard is an L-shaped settee with free-standing hi-lo dining/cocktail table. To port are two Ekornes stressless chairs with ottomans, and three stack tables. The forward bulkhead features the entertainment center with KEF speakers throughout the saloon. To port is a granite-topped server with icemaker and storage under and book/display shelves above. The saloon has a teak parquet sole, covered by fitted carpet.
The open-faced galley is located forward of the saloon on the starboard side with generous storage and counter space, and a large opening window. Major galley components include a GE 18 cu. ft. stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, Viking 4-burner propane stove and oven, GE Profile stainless steel dishwasher, GE Monogram trash compactor, GE Profile convection oven, Raritan ice maker, and Aqua Pure water purifier for galley and ice maker.
The master stateroom is forward and features an island queen sized berth, large lighted vanity and chest of drawers, generous storage and hanging lockers port and starboard. The en-suite head on the port side includes a freshwater VacuFlush toilet, granite-topped vanity and large stall shower with molded seat. Four large opening ports and two overhead hatches provide plenty of natural ventilation. The Krogen hull has no hard chines or spray rails, so there is no wave "slap" at anchor, making the forward cabin ideal for a restful night's sleep.
The guest stateroom/office is aft of the owner stateroom on the starboard side with plenty of drawer and locker storage, a large hanging locker, desk and lighted bookcase. The L-shaped settee converts to a very large and comfortable double berth. Large opening ports provide plenty of light and ventilation.
The guest head is opposite the guest cabin and includes a freshwater VacuFlush toilet, granite-topped vanity and large stall shower. The guest head also houses the stack washer/dryer. Large opening ports in both the head compartment and in the shower provide ventilation.
The raised pilothouse is up and forward from the saloon/galley area. In addition to all operational and navigation systems, the pilothouse includes a large L-shaped settee and table for guests. The settee converts to a double berth. Aluminum weather-tight Dutch doors port and starboard give easy access to the side decks, and the boat deck/flybridge. Large opening windows, an opening port and overhead hatches provide plenty of air and light. A leather Stidd helm chair provides the captain with excellent visibility and comfort.
MANDEVILLA includes extensive engine room systems and machinery designed for reliability and ease of maintenance. Spares onboard include freshwater pump, head pump, engine room exhaust fan, engine raw water pump, generator raw water pump, zincs, and filters.
The boat features a 4-Zone Cruisair reverse cycle air conditioning system with 62,000 BTU capacity and LED lighting throughout. She carries a Nautica RIB with fitted cover, a Steelhead ES1000 power rotating davit, Kahlenberg air horns and electric horns, anchors with chain, a Maxwell anchor windlass, a Jabsco remote control searchlight, a Bimini top, full and partial flybridge covers, Textilene covers for pilothouse windows and doors, Textilene covers for saloon windows, a Textilene sunshade around the aft deck, Weems & Plath brass clock and barometer in saloon, a Weems & Plath Endurance clock in pilothouse, and a Rainman portable watermaker.
