Overview
About this vessel
505 KIWI KRAFT CUDDY is a 5.05 m aluminium pontoon cuddy-cabin trailer boat designed for inshore and coastal fishing and general family boating. Built with 3 mm alloy hull and pontoons and a 4 mm alloy floor, it offers a robust, stable platform with the reserve buoyancy of welded pontoons. With a 2.00 m beam, 18° deadrise and generous floor-to-gunwale height, it is aimed at providing a safe, dry and predictable ride for up to four people, powered by outboards up to 60 hp.
The layout combines a compact forward cuddy for storage and shelter with an open cockpit that can be configured with removable or bench seating and optional side console. Multiple grab rails, swim platforms and a boarding ladder support easy boarding and movement around the boat, while standard rod holders and optional live bait tank and casting platform cater to fishing-focused owners.
