505 KIWI KRAFT Side Console is a 5.05 m aluminium pontoon boat with a side-console layout designed for inshore and light offshore fishing, sports and general recreational boating. The model combines a deep-vee hull with full pontoons for stability and safety, while offering an open, uncluttered cockpit with casting platforms and flexible seating ideal for lure and bait fishing.
The hull, pontoons and floor are all heavy-gauge aluminium (4 mm hull and floor, 3 mm pontoons), providing a robust structure suited to demanding conditions. High internal freeboard (floor to gunnel 700 mm) and welded bow rails contribute to security on board, while the walk-through transom and rear boarding platform with ladder make water access straightforward for swimming or diving.
The side-console helm leaves generous deck space for fishing, with a rear sliding removable bench seat and removable port seat that can be configured or taken out entirely to maximise fishing room. A front casting platform with integrated storage and an anchor bin lid that doubles as an additional casting area cater directly to lure anglers, and provision is made for a trolling motor mount on the bow.
Standard fit-out includes battery and oil lock-up in the transom, bilge pump, navigation lights, small fillet board, rod holders, ski pole and steering, making the boat ready for general fishing and watersports. Options such as bait board configurations, leaning post and additional accessories allow owners to tailor the 505 Side Console to specific fishing or family-use requirements.
