About this vessel
Lagoon 500 catamaran, 2011, second owners. This three-cabin owner version has never been rented. The boat has undergone comprehensive upgrade and refit from 2019 through 2025.
The vessel is equipped with a hard T-top and solar panels. Twin Yanmar engines have been meticulously maintained with water exchangers, engine bracket replacement, injector checks, sea water pump and thermostat replacement, and high pressure pump checks completed in 2019. Sail drive replacement (SD60 model) was carried out in 2019, with full maintenance details and invoices available. Flexofold tri-blades foldable propeller fitted.
Rigging includes hard riggings replaced in October 2018, Facnor furling system installed in 2019, and a 92 sqm full batten mainsail with three reefs and semi-auto lazy bag, along with a 62 sqm Genoa, both from 2019.
Electronics suite was upgraded 2021–2023 and includes Raymarine multifunction displays, dual Raymarine Smartpilot 600 hydraulic actuators, Raymarine tri-data instruments, radar with AIS and overlay, dual VHF radios plus crew handsets, Class B AIS transceiver, Starlink antenna, and Navionics Platinum charting. Navigation lights are full LED.
Comfort systems comprise a Lewmar electric windlass (2019), dual Rocna anchors with 100m chain, dual air conditioning units (12,000 and 7,000 btu), reversible heater, multiple refrigeration units (Vitrifrigo and Isotherm), induction cooktop, microwave, Electrolux oven, 60L water heater, 240 L/hr water maker, three stainless steel sinks, and hot and cold cockpit shower. Entertainment includes Fusion audio system with Bluetooth and eight Polk speakers, Samsung Smart TV with elevator. Full LED lighting throughout.
Safety equipment includes a Plastimo life raft (eight persons), offshore grab-bag (2023), EPIRB (2023), and lifejackets. Additional features include davits with electric winch, Highfield 340 aluminium dinghy with Yamaha F25 outboard (2019), and full bottom hull grinding completed in 2021. Fishing and diving equipment included. Fitted with solar panels (2 × 400 watts) and wind vane. Service battery comprises lithium iron phosphate (1800 Amp).
The vessel displays French flag, EU VAT paid, and all documentation complete. Currently lying in Carteret, Normandy.
