Contemporary raised pilothouse styling with a gorgeous and very spacious interior, this stunning Lazzara 'Tranquility IV' provides an unparalleled cruising experience. In 2023 she underwent a massive refit updating her interior to 2026 standards. In addition she recently received her UPV allowing worry-free charters and safety features to the highest standards. With 23' beam and 4000 gallons of fuel, she is capable of straight voyages north or south on the Florida coastline with exceptional comfort. She is also the perfect vessel for cruising the Bahamas. This extra room was available from the factory as either a study or a fourth stateroom with head and can easily be converted back to a stateroom. Her features include a spacious flybridge with jacuzzi, bar and grill, a raised pilothouse with excellent sight lines; elegant salon and spacious aft deck, transom pods with wave runners, and full beam stand-up walk-around engine room. Tranquility IV has a huge country kitchen style galley with a large U-shaped dining table. Forward are the two stateroom, two head crew quarters. The décor theme is accentuated by a hi-gloss cherry wood treatment, which is found throughout the vessel. Interior updates in 2014 include 100% new padded ceiling panels on both levels, done by Lazzara Yachts.
Salon
Entering from the aft deck through the large single glass door which is integrated into a full-beam glass bulkhead, one cannot help but feel overwhelmed by this grand salon. This comfortable room is as exquisite as it is spacious, featuring a large L-shaped white leather sofa with accent pillows, custom glass coffee table with pull-out ottoman and bench, a smaller matching L-shaped sofa to starboard, and conversational seating with four occasional barrel chairs and granite-topped table. The built-in entertainment center and media storage provide all amenities for relaxation.
Galley
Accessed via a companionway to starboard just forward of the pilothouse, the country kitchen configuration is one of Lazzara's dynamic features. The storage and top-of-the-line appliances highlight this beautiful setting and provide all the amenities of home. The dining table is well suited for casual or formal dining, featuring a large granite tabletop.
Master Stateroom
Located amidship on the lower deck, a wide open stairway leads to a dramatic foyer with access to all guest staterooms and the den/study. The master features a centered king-size bed with designer comforter and coordinating appointments. His and hers armoires flank a full vanity, and a spacious large walk-in closet includes shelves and personal safe. To starboard are a dresser, chair, and bookcase. The en-suite his and hers head is aft and runs athwartship with entrances either port or starboard, featuring a jacuzzi tub/shower.
Den/Study
Located just off the master stateroom, forward and starboard through a single door entrance, the study is very well appointed with a convertible sleeper sofa and built-in end tables and lamps.
VIP Staterooms
There are two identical VIP staterooms to port and starboard forward of the foyer, each with its own en-suite bath featuring single sink, toilet, stall shower, linen closet, and granite countertop. Each features designer comforters, coordinating pillows, treatments, and accent pieces.
Crew Quarters
Located forward of the Captain's cabin with over and under bunks with storage below, dresser, and cedar-lined hanging locker. A GE washer/dryer combo is located in the common area.
Captain's Cabin
Located forward of the galley and down to port, featuring a double bed with drawers beneath, cedar-lined hanging locker with full-length mirror, and dresser drawers. A shared head with sink, toilet, and stall shower is accessed from either the captain's cabin or the second crew cabin.
Pilothouse
Accessed up five stairs from the companionway to starboard, the pilothouse features bamboo flooring, an elevated love seat to starboard, large desk, and navigation station to port with chart table and storage. The space includes a full-sized top-loading Whirlpool freezer, GE refrigerator, and hot water heater beneath.
Flybridge
Accessed up four stairs from the pilothouse through sliding hatchway, the flybridge serves as a great space for entertaining and relaxation. It features an L-shaped lounge to starboard with Corian table top and sun umbrella, an L-shaped bar to port with Corian countertop and three bar stools, a full-sized jacuzzi hot tub with seating outboard, and a two-burner Miele electric barbeque grill with sink featuring hot and fresh water. An integrated auto-rotation 2500 lb. davit with controls lifts the tender. A 15' Novurania hard-bottom, center-console tender with 90 horsepower Yamaha 4-stroke outboard is included (outboard new 2007). Additional features include depth finder, VHF, cold shower, and an 8-person Zodiac SOLAS-equipped life raft.
Engine Room
The full-beam, stand-up engine room is meticulously equipped. A fuel polisher/spinner was installed new in 2008. A Sea Recovery Aqua Whisper water maker with 1500 gpd capacity has 320 hours of use. The engine electrical and mechanical stop/start panel includes full manual gauge packages, compressed air, fresh water, a work bench, and Craftsman tool box with tools. Overhead fishing rod retainers are installed. Emergency engine room access is available aft and outboard of the port engine.
Fore Deck
Features stainless steel bow rails, fresh water wash down, dock-side fresh water hook-up, bulwarks, freeing ports forward quarter and midships, and lighting along all sides of decks and bow. An extremely large stowage area/bow locker includes built-in bow seating and sun pad with storage for shore cords, fenders, lines, cleaning supplies, and spare anchor. Extensive paint work with Awlgrip was completed in 2000 and 2014.
Sportdeck
Features teak swim platform, port and starboard teak stairwells, hoop rails and mooring cleats for tender, and hydraulically activated pods to port and starboard of the engine room door which accommodate two SeaDoo jet skis. Storage below the swim platform is accessed via opening stairs at the entrance to the lazarette, with access to rudder assemblies. A Brownies dive compressor with only 4 hours of use and storage racks for four tanks is located just outboard of the port SeaDoo.
Aft Deck
Features side boarding gates to port and starboard, Marquipt tide ride stairs, teak decking, a large oval table in varnished teak with four wicker chairs, stereo speakers installed in the overhead hardtop, and a refrigerator and ice maker combo. Fresh water hot and cold shower and wash down are available, along with a stainless ladder with teak steps to the flybridge. Full engine and bow thruster control stations are installed to port and starboard, concealed in pilasters.
Tranquility IV meets most all of the criteria demanded by aspiring yachtsmen. She is in flawless condition and is truly stunning inside and out.
