The Makaira Gen3 31 is the perfect large trailer boat with the reliability and speed of twins you can go wide with confidence. It is a seriously capable off-shore boat with sleeping for 6, large range and speed to match.
The boat features an aluminum flared hull with a lifetime warranty on the hull (10 year transferable). It is fully painted and has a single piece curved toughened glass windscreen and sliding side windows. The interior includes full length bunks in the forward cabin with a queen-sized under berth, raised seats with a table, a lined cabin & vinyl upholstered dash, and Makaira bolster helm seat. Navigation lights, anchor light, stainless steel steering wheel, rear boarding/swim ladder, U-Dek decking, fore-deck clue hatch, lock-up wheelhouse, house & start batteries, welded cleats (x6), and Makaira Boats alloy trailer are included.
The construction scantlings include 5083 aluminum plate with thicknesses of 8mm on the hull, chines, keel-bar, lower transom, and pod; 6mm on the stringers; 5mm on the topsides and upper transom; and 4mm on the superstructure, fore-deck, and interior.
