About this vessel

A 2006 65' Marquis 65 Pilothouse named "Off The Grid". This vessel has received substantial recent updates and maintenance. The twin CAT C30 engines (1550HP each) have 1300 hours, with after coolers and heat exchangers cleaned and serviced in 2021. A new Phaser 17.5KW generator was recently installed alongside a Kohler 28KW generator. The bottom was given a full job in May 2021 including Pettit SR40 paint, prop speed on shafts, and ceramic Mussel Buster on props, and is cleaned monthly. New raw water hoses for the engines were installed in spring 2021, along with new cutlass bearings on shafts. A new sea water pump for A/C was fitted, and the power steering ram had its seals replaced in fall 2021. New house AGM batteries were installed in August 2021. New G4 anchor chain with length markers and an Ultra Marine anchor were installed in 2021, along with a new ISO Boost Transformer, new shore power cords, and two new water heaters.

An autopilot and computer were newly installed in spring 2021. The bridge features updated dual Garmin Electronics. Flat panel Smart TVs are throughout the vessel. Audio equipment includes JL Audio speakers, two 900W JL Amps, and a Fusion stereo. A new WIFI booster and Google/Nest network have been installed throughout.

Notable updates include a custom teak cockpit table and custom YachtSign reading "Off the Grid" on the stern. Exterior cushions on the bridge, cockpit, and deck sun pads have been reupholstered with new foam. An EZ2CY Enclosure fully encloses the bridge with A/C and heat. A new sea water pump and brand new membranes were installed on the FCI water maker. The interior has been updated with new furniture, walnut flooring, custom bedding, and window coverings.
