About this vessel

This is a three-owner 2007 Meridian 580 Pilothouse, freshwater and kept under cover. The boat is on the navigable waters of the Tennessee River. The current owner traveled the boat to the Bahamas this past winter, and she performed great and provided carefree comfort the whole trip. Other than that trip, the vessel has only traveled the waters of the Tennessee River while being under cover the entire time. She is currently in a covered slip.

This boat is turn-key and ready for traveling the Loop or to the Islands. It is fuel efficient but with the power when needed. The boat should achieve an economical burn rate of 2.5 gallons per hour at 7 to 8 knots for long range cruising, but also capable of cruising at 20 knots or better. The vessel's beam makes it a stable ride in any water along with adding interior space.

This is a three stateroom boat with a full beam Master. Two heads with the Master having a tub and shower. All staterooms have lots of storage. The Master has a custom fitted mattress and cedar lined closets. The yacht features an expansive Salon with recliner seating. A Dinette is starboard opposite the Galley. The Salon has a Smart TV with Bose Surround Sound. The Galley has lots of storage and stainless appliances featuring a full size refrigerator and freezer, trash compactor, four burner stove, full size oven and convection microwave. There is a brand new icemaker in the Salon. The Pilothouse has an extra dinette and seating and door for easy access to the bow.

The vessel has new carpeting with added padding throughout the entire boat and new wood blinds throughout with an abundance of natural light. The boat features central vacuum and a full size Bosch washer and dryer. All interior and exterior seating has been re-stuffed with new foam including the bow pads.

The vessel is powered by twin Cummins QSM 11's and has an Onan generator with 50 amp shore power and Glendenning Cablemaster. The boat features an Xantrax inverter. There is a large standup engine room with plenty of room to service and new LED lighting.

This vessel features Docking on Command bow and stern thrusters with combination thrusters at both helms. The boat has upgraded Garmin electronics on both upper and lower helms with full radar, chart plotter, GPS, auto pilot with remote and marine radio. An upgraded KVH satellite TV system and new Fusion stereo system with 5 stages for separate tuning with phone app are aboard. The systems are Sirius/XM and Bluetooth capable. The bridge has lots of seating for entertaining and new captain's chairs. There is an electric grill and bridge fridge.

Aboard are a Nautical Structures davit and custom added railing for when no tender is used. The boat has a reverse oil change system and upgraded new engine exhaust system. There is an upgraded fire suppression system along with new remote fire extinguishers and CO2 and smoke detectors. The bottom was painted and new anodes and props were tuned in 2021. The vessel has been detailed with interior walls waxed, and exterior waxed and buffed October 2023. New stainless flagstaffs are installed for flying Old Glory. There is a large cockpit and swim platform with flex teak, and extra storage in the generator room in the lazarette.
