About this vessel
XANADU 76 is a Riva Perso 76 that has been privately used and is very well maintained by her serious crew and owner. All the technical parts of the yacht have been serviced or upgraded. She is fitted with the biggest engines available on this model to bring comfort and performances. These engines and gearboxes have been completely serviced, as has her Seakeeper stabilizer, big generators, and water maker. XANADU 76 is hull number 11 of the successful Perso 76 model built by Riva.
The yacht is well equipped with a tender garage, a full teak deck in the cockpit, and an electrical opening window to welcome you into the big salon fitted with huge windows to bring natural light. She has three control stations for engines and thrusters: wheelhouse in salon, electrical hiding helm station on fly, and helm station in the cockpit. The lower deck is fitted with three cabins with ensuite bathrooms and a full equipped galley, as well as MIELE pro washing machine and dryer. She is ready to cruise with her new owner.
