Large fixed skylights and two electric sliding sunroofs are built into the curvaceous fiberglass hardtop, enhancing natural light and ventilation throughout the entirety of the yacht from the expansive cockpit to the luxuriously furnished saloon and through to the generous-sized staterooms on the accommodation deck.
The Master is full beam amidships with large hull windows that make this space enchanting and dramatic when underway. The master features a king berth with latex mattress, three-seater lounge, ottoman, extensive storage including a walk-in locker with mirror and hanging rails, and access to the engine room and crew quarters.
The Salon hosts the Galley area aft adjacent to the sliding cockpit doors, helm station forward, and innovative seating modules with a large table. There is 360-degree visibility by the expansive windows and overhead electrically opening sunroofs, with an entertainment center including a large TV.
The Galley is ideally positioned on the main deck aft adjacent to the cockpit, making it ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining. It is beautifully finished in exotic surfaces and loaded with cold storage and amenities including an oven-microwave with grill, electric induction cooktop, and refrigerator drawer unit.
The Cockpit offers an incredible space with an L-settee and large table to port, large transom seat, entertainment center, electric opening overhead skylight, and teak decking. There is safe access to the transom doors, swim platform, dinghy garage and side decks. A hydraulic operating swim platform features laid teak deck and recessed swim ladder.
The forward VIP guest stateroom features a double berth with latex mattress, private ensuite door with privacy lock, and hull windows with roller blinds. The Starboard guest stateroom features two fixed singles with generous storage beneath, and the Port guest stateroom offers upper and lower bunks. Both guest staterooms include reading and overhead LED lighting and storage cabinets with positive locking hardware.
Riviera has launched hundreds of pod-driven luxury motor yachts, offering excellent power-to-weight ratio for improved performance, enhanced torque, improved fuel efficiency, simple maneuverability, reduced environmental impact, and quiet operation thanks to underwater exhausts. The Volvo Penta Inboard Performance System (IPS) features twin pod drive units, each capable of turning independently to provide correct thrust. IPS also offers Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) for station-holding, convenient Auto Pilot, and manual trimming with optional auto-trim. The three-blade nibral, forward-facing, counter-rotating propellers are protected by premium anti-foul coating PropSpeed and 316 marine-grade stainless steel line-cutters.
The engine room has a flow-coated finish with acoustic and thermal insulation and LED lighting. With plenty of room to move, all through-hull fittings on or below the waterline are fitted with ball valves, all hoses are double clamped, and all wiring is coded, numbered and pre-assembled in looms. A commercial air intake system helps keep the engine room temperature well below the engine manufacturer's recommendation. Four automatic bilge pumps with manual override are located at various points throughout the hull.
The hull and superstructure showcase Riviera's renowned construction quality. Riviera hull bottoms are hand-laid in solid fiberglass with no coring below the waterline. Areas above the waterline where through-hull fittings are used are also solid fiberglass, and heavy stress areas receive intentional overlaps to provide additional strength. Closed cell polyurethane foam stringers create a structural grid with unparalleled stiffness. A watertight glassed-in collision bulkhead and two further bulkheads span the hull. Riviera is renowned for the super smooth, long-lasting, mirror finish of its glasswork. Molds undergo an industry-leading inspection and maintenance regime, with top quality liquid mold release wax ensuring high standard finish on mold exit. High-grade gelcoat is applied by highly calibrated spray guns and experienced boat builders to ensure superior consistency. The gelcoat finish is of such quality that hull painting can be undertaken without fairing.
