About this vessel
A 2002 Royal Denship 110 sloop designed by naval architect Tony Castro with interior by François Zuretti. Steel hull and superstructure with an Awlgrip US Paint System finish. All decks are high quality Burma teak.
The yacht has undergone major refits in 2012 and 2022 at RMK Shipyard. Power is provided by a Caterpillar 3406E DITA engine with remote oil filters and 24-volt oil change pump, paired with a Hundested variable pitch propeller and gearbox.
Navigation is supported by a complete B&G Hydra 2000 sail, performance, and monitoring system with autopilot, a Furuno FR 2115 Blackbox radar with 4ft scanner, Furuno SC-60 GPS gyro compass, and MaxSea Pro pc-based chart system with radar overlay and Arpa. A comprehensive A2 GMDSS system is fitted throughout.
The yacht features an advanced integrated management system providing customizable monitoring and control of engines, generators, pumps, tanks, and onboard sensors with spoken alarms. The system also manages onboard entertainment via a centralized media server, distributing music, movies, DVD, digital satellite television, and radio to networked locations throughout the vessel.
Accommodation
All interior panels and joinery are crafted from the finest American cherry wood, finished with 6–10 coats of varnish to Zuretti's interior design specifications, complemented by Italian fabrics and Italian marble, executed by highly skilled Danish and European craftsmen.
The owner's suite features a queen size bed with drawers, bedside cabinets, a desk with drawers, and a love seat sofa to starboard, with full height hanging wardrobes port and starboard. The ensuite includes his and her bathrooms with a shared shower.
The port guest cabin has twin beds, a desk/dressing table, full height wardrobe, and ensuite shower and head. The starboard guest cabin features a double bed, drawers, bedside cabinet, chair, full height wardrobes, and ensuite shower and head.
The wheelhouse includes a fully upholstered corner sofa to port with coffee table, a fully enclosed GMDSS radio station aft to starboard, and navigation computers integrated into the wheelhouse console. A stairway forward leads to the lower saloon.
The lower saloon features a lounge area to starboard with fully upholstered sofa and loveseat and a coffee table, and a dining area to port with seating for up to eight. An L-shape sofa and coffee table are positioned for watching television. Generous storage cabinets and lockers line both port and starboard.
The galley features a full height walk-in refrigerator and freezer, an electric oven and stove, microwave oven with grill, icemaker, and trash compactor. All galley construction is stainless steel with two integral sinks. A dishwasher sits under the counter top. The galley floor is Pirelli rubber.
Laundry facilities are located in the crew mess and include a Siemens washer and dryer, plus ironing facility and sink. The crew mess has a mess table with bench seating and full monitoring and control of the alarm and electrical system, with companionway ladder access to foredeck via glazed hatch.
The captain's cabin features a double bed with drawers and mirror-fronted hanging locker, a desk, and ensuite shower and head. Port and starboard crew cabins each have upper and lower bunks with drawers under the lower berth and full height hanging lockers, sharing a common shower and head.
Deck Equipment & Systems
Deck hardware includes Royal Denship stainless steel blocks, Frederiksen travellers and tracks, and Andersen stainless steel winches. A Cariboni Magic Trim hydraulic sheeting system manages the mainsail and staysail. Sails include Dacron main, genoa, and staysail. The carbon fiber mast is fitted with a Frederiksen series 300 Batten car system, and the carbon boom incorporates an integrated Cariboni Magic Trim main sheet system. Running rigging is Spectra/Vectran; standing rigging features rod rigging and Bamar hydraulic furlers.
A central hydraulic system supplies all deck winches, hydraulic sheeting systems, sail furlers, transom door, and passerella. Hydraulic anchor winch, stern and bow thrusters are driven from the PTO on the gearbox.
Two Kohler 28 KW generators operate at 230V 50Hz, with an additional Kohler 6KW/230V 50Hz night/emergency generator placed in the lazarette.
Air conditioning comprises 100,000 BTU with four independent compressors and electrical heating system, feeding chilled/heated water through fan coil units in all cabins, plus an additional 30,000 BTU split system for the saloon area.
Two Idromar watermaker model MC2J provide a total capacity of 6,200 liters per day.
Safety & Tender
A Zodiac Yacht Line 420DL tender with a 40HP 4-stroke outboard engine is recessed in the foredeck Jacuzzi and launched via a 500 KG OPACMARE deck crane. The yacht carries two plow type anchors (75kg and 125kg) and a spare admirality type anchor (100kg). Two Autoflug 8-person life rafts in containers and a water mist firefighting system throughout the yacht provide safety. Local fire extinguishers are positioned in every compartment. A carbon fiber multiplex telescopic hydraulic gangway (320) is fitted.
