About this vessel
27 meters entirely dedicated to a warm welcome. The Velvet 90' increases the pleasure of livability by adding new spaces, inside and out. A wider cockpit and saloon. Maximum light which flows through the double side windowing, the ample windshield and through the crystal door.
The nighttime area reserves the pleasure of four comfortable cabins, all with bathrooms and separate shower cubicles. The master suite, at the center of the craft, and the VIP suite, at the end of the bow, both have double beds while the guest cabins at the stern have twin beds.
With its increased performance, the Velvet 90' guarantees a cruising speed of 35 knots with first class engines. In typical Tecnomar style, the interiors can be fully customized, both in the furnishings and the layout of the environments.
The vessel has undergone extensive refit and maintenance since 2021, including annual haul-out and antifouling, teak deck refurbishment, replacement of bow and stern thrusters, and comprehensive overhauls of the Arneson surface drive and propulsion systems. The helm console, seats, and interior furnishings have been refurbished, with LED lighting upgrades throughout the saloon and wheelhouse. Skylights have been refurbished and new exterior cushions and mattresses installed.
In 2022 and 2023, further works included replacement of twin Kohler generators, new stainless steel fuel tanks, overhaul of upper Arneson pistons and flap pistons, and comprehensive engine room painting and reinforcement. The galley has been upgraded with a new AEG electric oven and Miele 4-burner induction hob. Interior surfaces have been wrapped, and multiple televisions installed throughout. The gangway hydraulic system, sea cocks, and various piping systems have been replaced or overhauled. Air conditioning and refrigeration systems have been serviced.
In 2024, turbines were replaced with new units.
