About this vessel
Steel passagemaker of corten steel construction, launched 1985. Powered by a Gardiner diesel with approximately 15,600 hours, cruising at 8 knots. A very capable vessel, suited to Three Kings, Sounds cruising, and circumnavigation of New Zealand.
The vessel features stabilizers and a hydraulic anchor winch. The galley includes a 4 burner cooker with oven and grill, and is supported by a refrigerated hold with 10 bins. The galley is equipped with a fridge and 2 freezers. Fresh water is generated by a water maker, and climate control is provided by air conditioning.
Accommodation comprises 5 cabins offering 3 double berths and 2 single berths. Two toilets and a shower are located off the side deck, with a holding tank for waste.
Power generation is provided by a Kubota genset with Smart Charge, supplemented by shore power connection. The vessel has large walk-around decks.
Electronics include VHF and SSB radio, 2 GPS chartplotters, depthsounder, fishfinder, autopilot, and radar. Entertainment systems include stereo with CD player and TV.
Tender facilities include a rigid bottom 3 metre inflatable with 15hp outboard, and an electric dinghy davit for launching and retrieval.
