Genesis Boats 3100 Export
Overview
About this vessel
This 1987 Genesis 3100 Export really stands out in the crowd. Very well maintained and runs great.
A very good boat for a couple for long trips, or for a bunch of mates out on a fishing trip. The teak cockpit and teak swim platform are both large while the hardtop provides good shade to the cockpit area. Built into the helm seat is 3 large fridges and a freezer, with plenty of room to store everything you need for a trip. There is also a large storage area under floor to the port of the helm.
The helm has great visibility and includes everything you need, including a pair of Raymarine Plotters with Radar and a more modern Garmin plotter. The VHF Radio and window wiper controls etc are also within easy reach.
Down into bow provides a large open saloon a well equipped galley to port with good amounts of storage. A large curved couch goes forward and around the bow table area to starboard. The head with shower is to starboard and a separate cabin with bed aft under the helm area.
Powered by a single 350hp Mercruiser Diesel with Digital Throttle, she cruises happily all day long at 20 knots, but can get close to 30 if needed. The engine is easy to access under the cockpit floor. The current engine was rebuilt then installed in September 2020 along with a new Bravo III Stern and transom shield. The engine was upgraded from 320hp to 350hp in January 2026 when the engine hours were not much over 1000. The antifouling and stern leg service was also done at the same time in January. One of the share owners is a Mercury Mechanic, so the engine and leg etc have been well maintained.
