About this vessel
A well-loved and maintained 40' Riviera 4000 Offshore, Ali Barber has a hardtop and upgraded electronics, reverse cycle air conditioning plus all the other Riviera special features and fittings.
Powered with dual 430HP Volvo Penta TAMD74LB shaft drives diesel, Ali Barber skips through the water at a creditable 22.5 knots and when required can reach 30 knots approximately.
Relaunched in September after ten days on the hard where the hull was garnet blasted removing all the antifouling. Propellors and shafts removed and the cutless bearings replaced. The hull received three coats of epoxy primer followed by three coats of Carboline 3000 antifoul.
Prop speed was applied to propellors, shafts, skegs, rudders and trim tabs plus the anodes were replaced.
Ali Barber presents in excellent condition and is ready for a new owner to turn the key and explore all those blue water locations you have been dreaming about.
