The Prima Mea is a custom built Vicem motor yacht with overnight accommodations for up to 10 guests and 5 crew. The yacht's lines, covered outside areas and well laid out interior make her stand out amongst similar vessels.
A fully enclosed top deck, with wet bar, big screen television and outdoor grill make for a very comfortable and enjoyable viewing platform while going up the Inside Passage or touring the Islands. The fully enclosed back deck, with dining table allows guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the PNW while staying dry and warm. A heated tub on the top deck provides guests the perfect way to enjoy the magical nighttime vistas of the PNW. An outside forward dining area with hammocks and lounge area create a great way for guests to experience the gorgeous PNW summer weather.
There are 5 guest cabins, consisting of 3 king sized beds and 2 cabins with 2 twin beds. Each of the king bed cabins has its own head with a walk-in shower, the two twin cabins share a head with a walk-in shower. There is a day head (no shower) on the main floor for day guests. The galley is perfect for supporting large parties with an electric glass stove top, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and commercial grade side by side refrigerator and freezer.
The Prima Mea crew quarters are unique in the yacht industry and provide more room and privacy than normally found on a yacht of this size. There is a day area with a sink, stove top, microwave and washer dryer. The crew quarters comfortably sleep 5 crew in three cabins. All three of the crew cabins have a separate head and shower.
Launched in 2013, the Prima Mea was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules and is MCA Compliant. The Prima Mea interior was refitted in 2021 and went through a significant superstructure refit in 2025. The Prima Mea was surveyed in April 2026. There is an active Coastwise Trade Endorsement for chartering on the Westcoast.
