Built by Norman R. Wright & Sons and launched on the banks of the Brisbane River in 1965, 'Kohi' is a testament to craftsmanship and quality. As you step aboard, you'll find that 'Kohi' comfortably accommodates 5 guests. The forward cabin boasts two single berths, while the aft cabin features a double berth to port and a single berth to starboard. Both cabins have private ensuites, ensuring privacy and convenience. The galley is conveniently situated forward of the main saloon and is equipped with eutectic and 12v refrigeration, a Panasonic convection microwave, a Princess oven, and a 3 burner electric cooktop that make preparing gourmet meals a delight.
Powered by twin 160hp Volvo Penta TAMD40B engines, 'Kohi' offers reliable and efficient performance. Her substantial fuel capacity of 1200 liters and freshwater capacity of 800 liters allow for extended voyages. 'Kohi' also features Naiad hydraulic stabilizers and Simrad electronics.
Douglas Fir & Spotted Gum construction below the waterline is sheathed with 2 x 750g triax glass and epoxy. Douglas Fir & Splined topsides feature Burmese teak superstructure, clear finished with Bristol varnish. Laid beech decks have teak cover boards. Constantly admired for her beautiful lines, 'Kohi' is a very capable boat that has been continuously modernised and improved by all her owners. The vessel has been maintained by Norman R. Wright and Sons since 2007, slipped and antifouled in 2023.
